Scheigen Return Policy

1. Introduction

At Scheigen, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on our platform.

2. General Return Policy

2.1. Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2.2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

2.3. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

3. Eligibility for Returns

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Clothing and accessories
  • Electronics (unopened)
  • Home goods
  • Books and media

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized products

4. Return Process

4.1. Log into your Scheigen account and navigate to "My Orders."

4.2. Select the item you wish to return and choose a reason for the return.

4.3. Print the provided return label or follow instructions for label-free, box-free returns where available.

4.4. Ship the item back to the address provided within 14 days of initiating the return.

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is processed.

5.2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

6. Exchanges

6.1. For size or color exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.

6.2. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.

6.3. If the exchanged item is of lower value, you will be refunded the difference.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

7.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.

7.2. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.

7.3. Scheigen will cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.

8. Late or Missing Returns

8.1. Returns not received within 14 days of initiating may be refused.

8.2. Scheigen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during return shipment.

9. Restocking Fees

9.1. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns without original packaging or in non-resellable condition.

9.2. Restocking fees do not apply to defective or incorrectly shipped items.

10. International Returns

10.1. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

10.2. Please allow up to 21 days for international returns to be processed.

11. Exceptions

11.1. Seasonal or sale items may have modified return policies, which will be noted on the product page.

11.2. Scheigen reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
